And this in your mid 30s? I was at that exact point a few years ago.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of 2009, I was single and I spent most of my life focusing on my work. Stages of my professional career were the UNO in Copenhagen, international consulting in the fishing area, the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce in Can Tho and the DAX30-company Metro AG. This allowed me to give training and coaching seminars in more than 15 countries. I was traveling a lot and making good money.<\/p>\n<p>Looking in from the outside, I was very successful and consequently, I was supposed to be happy. But I wasn\u2019t. When I met my wife in 2009, I decided to hand in my notice and we travelled the world for 6 months.<\/p>\n<p>This time-out was very helpful to reconsider my life. I achieved many of my professional and personal dreams; I qualified as a coach and as a trainer, focusing on relaxation and the fight against stress. Today I am working on an independent basis. I support people who want personal and professional development and change.
